Senior Administration Role: Innisfail Office Based

We are preparing for the retirement of a longstanding, key member of our admin team and anticipate the successful applicant will commence in this new role in February 2018.
ClearWay Advice and Financial Management exist to support clients in achieving their personal lifestyle and financial goals. To create clarity, build confidence, deliver security and enhance opportunity through honest engagement and trusted advice.
The overall objective of this role will be to enhance the experience our clients enjoy with us and to work with the team to improve the relationship we have with our clients and the outcomes we achieve for them.
You will do that by assisting us in improving our workflow processes, managing our front office, engaging with clients, scheduling and managing the team’s work and diaries, and contributing to the positive environment in which we work. You will be excellent with people and place a high value on client and colleague relationships. You will be well organised, focused and a team player. You will be able to work with a variety of personalities and remain focused on the core values of the role and business.
The successful applicant will be a key member of the team and pivotal to the function of the business. You will be supported in, and encouraged to, develop this role into the full client-centric position it can be.
